I've been fortunate enough to wear a lot of hats in the design, advertising, and marketing world. In my 20 plus years in the field, I have worked as a graphic designer, set designer, cable wrangler, video editor, web developer, producer, art director, and even done a little copywriting here and there. I wouldn't go back to change a thing, because putting myself in all those different positions was the best way for me to understand how all the pieces of communication can come together to support a central creative strategy.
When I left agency life in DC and relocated to New York, I knew I wanted to focus my energy on meaningful, mission-driven work that truly enriches lives. With that in mind, I sought out positions with cultural organizations focused on the arts and working towards social justice. In 2018, I joined World Monuments Fund (WMF) as the first Creative Director in the organization’s 56-year history.
Originally from Baltimore, I currently live in beautiful Carmel, NY with my husband and our pup, Henry.
